Pre-Wash and Decontamination

The car is pre-soaked and foam-cannon washed to lift surface dirt before any contact. Iron fallout remover and clay bar treatment pull bonded contaminants off the paint that a standard wash never touches. This step protects the paint during everything that follows.

Paint Correction and Polish

Depending on your chosen tier, the paint goes under a machine polisher to remove swirl marks, water etching and oxidation. This is where the depth and gloss come back. Panels are worked section by section under proper lighting so nothing gets missed.

Full Interior Detail

Every interior surface gets worked through in a set sequence: headliner, vents, dashboard, console, doors, seats and carpets. Stains are treated individually. Leather gets cleaned and conditioned. Nothing is wiped over and left.

Protection and Final Inspection

Paint sealant or ceramic coating is applied to lock in the finish and give the paint genuine protection against UV, water and contaminants. The full car is then checked under detail lighting before handover. If anything is not right, it gets fixed before you get your keys back.

Pricing depends on the size of the vehicle, its current condition and which tier you choose: Standard, Premium or Showroom. There is a significant difference in time and product cost between a light refresh and a full paint correction with ceramic coating. Fill in the quote form and Jamie will give you a clear price before any work is booked in.
A Standard detail typically takes 3 to 5 hours. A Premium detail runs 5 to 7 hours depending on condition. The Showroom package, which includes multi-stage paint correction and ceramic coating, generally takes a full day or is split across two visits. You will get a time estimate with your quote so you can plan accordingly.
A Standard detail with spray sealant holds up well for 2 to 4 months with regular maintenance washes. A ceramic coating applied at the Showroom tier provides genuine protection for 2 to 5 years depending on how the car is maintained. South-East Queensland's UV intensity is hard on unprotected paint, so the coating tier is worth serious consideration if the car lives outside.
For sealant-protected finishes, a maintenance wash every 2 to 4 weeks using a pH-neutral shampoo keeps the paint in good condition between full details. For ceramic-coated surfaces, the same approach applies and the coating's hydrophobic properties make each wash faster and easier. Avoid automatic car washes with brushes as they introduce new swirl marks.
No. A cut and polish focuses only on the paint surface using machine abrasives to remove defects. A full detail covers the entire vehicle: paint, glass, interior, wheels, tyres and trim. Paint correction (cut and polish) can be included within a full detail at the Premium or Showroom tier, but they are different scopes of work.
Ceramic coating is included in the Showroom tier. The Standard and Premium tiers include paint sealant, which provides protection but does not last as long as a ceramic coating.
